  • User Content (Inputs & Outputs): Any content you input into the Service to generate media (e.g., text prompts, reference images) is collected and stored to provide the Service and allow you access to your results. We treat this as “User Content”. • Information We Collect Automatically: When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
  • Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, platform version, dates/times of access, features used, interaction patterns, performance data (errors, load times).
  • Analytics Data: We use tools like PostHog with cookies/similar tech to gather aggregated information about user behavior (clicks, session duration, etc.) to understand usage and improve the Service.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use essential, analytics, and preference cookies (small text files) and similar technologies (web beacons, local storage) for authentication, security, remembering preferences, and analytics. See Section 9 ('Cookie Policy') for details.
• Information from Third Parties: Currently, we primarily collect data directly from you. If we integrate third-party logins (e.g., OAuth) in the future, we might receive basic profile information from that provider with your consent.

• AI Model Improvement (Use of User Content):
  • Purpose: To improve the accuracy, safety, capabilities, and overall quality of the AI models that power Playjump.ai, we may use certain User Content (inputs you provide and outputs generated).
  • Control: You have control over whether your User Content is used for this purpose. We provide a setting within your account where you can opt-out of having your content used for AI model improvement. You can manage your preference here: https://app.playjump.ai/account/preferences. If you opt-out, your content will not be used for future model training or improvement cycles.
  • Data Handling: When User Content is used for improvement, we strive to anonymize or aggregate it where feasible. Access is restricted to personnel involved in research and development.
• To Ensure Security and Prevent Abuse: Monitoring for fraudulent behavior, security breaches, violations of our Terms (including prohibited content generation), investigating suspicious activity using data like IP addresses and account activity.
• For Marketing and Promotional Purposes: Sending emails about Playjump.ai news, features, offers, or events if you have opted-in (e.g., via newsletter subscription or account settings). You can unsubscribe anytime via email link or account settings.
